I've spent 15+ years helping teams make complex systems and services approachable and understandable. I lead design teams through end-to-end product design efforts, from early exploration and research through delivery and planning future growth.

My work has spanned finance, SaaS, service design, enterprise software, design systems, consumer electronics, operating systems, and wearables projects. I especially love working at the intersection between hardware and software, where our physical and digital worlds collide.
